What are the Terms and Condition for the e.MAS 5 Sales Policy?
The Terms and Conditions to qualify for the booking offer are as follows:
- Customers must place their booking through an authorized Proton e.MAS dealership.
- Customers who booked the e.MAS 5 prior to 4th October 2025 will also be entitled to the Open Booking Offer.
- Fleet customers are also eligible for the offer.
- There is no limit to the number of bookings per customer.
- Customers will only entitled for the offers after the car is successfully registered.
- The offer is limited to the first 5,000 customers only.
- If the customer wished to cancel the booking, they can liaise directly with the dealer, contact your dealer for assistance.

Is booking fees is refundable? How to do the booking cancellation / Refund?
Yes. The booking is 100% refundable. Customers can liaise directly with the dealer, contact your dealer for assistance.
The refund is made within 45 days. It will be refunded to you using the same payment method you used during the purchase. You may check the status in the order list inside the ‘Proton e.MAS’ App or through the dealer directly.
